Review Your Company’s Annual Statement

Each year, ASIC will send you an annual statement and an invoice around the time of the company’s registration date.  When you receive the annual statement you should:

  • Review the statement to ensure that your company’s details are correct and up do date.
  • You will need to pay an annual review fee by the due date
  • pass a solvency resolution

If you haven’t received your company statement within two weeks after the anniversary of your company’s registration date, please contact ASIC – Fees will apply if the payment is made after the due date.
