Each year, ASIC will send you an annual statement and an invoice around the time of the company’s registration date. When you receive the annual statement you should:
- Review the statement to ensure that your company’s details are correct and up do date.
- You will need to pay an annual review fee by the due date
- pass a solvency resolution
If you haven’t received your company statement within two weeks after the anniversary of your company’s registration date, please contact ASIC – Fees will apply if the payment is made after the due date.
