The programme which was announced by Microsoft early in 2018 targets Australian startups that have typically received initial funding and thinking about expanding. The majority of the first round of entries into the startup programme from the artificial and financial services sectors.
Each year, ASIC will send you an annual statement and an invoice around the time of the company’s registration date. When you receive the annual statement you should:
- Review the statement to ensure that your company’s details are correct and up do date.
- You will need to pay an annual review fee by the due date
- pass a solvency resolution
If you haven’t received your company statement within two weeks after the anniversary of your company’s registration date, please contact ASIC – Fees will apply if the payment is made after the due date.
